Located 45 minutes from Christchurch, 10 minutes from Oxford, 4 kilometres from Inland Scenic Route 72 and en route to Arthur's Pass, Windsong Farm invites you to enjoy country and farm life at its finest. Walk in the native bush of the Oxford Forest, horseback ride at the base of the Southern Alps, dine at the local cafes, or enjoy a romantic hideaway. It's a unique experience.

Set a short walking distance from the family house, guests enjoy complete privacy and self-contained accomodation in The Cottage, yet easy access to friendly, hospitable hosts. Based on the design of early Canterbury dwellings, The Cottage is furnished with antiques, cotton linens, thick towels and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The private patio overlooks lawns and offers spectacular views of the Oxford Hills.

Deer and cattle graze in paddocks on either side of the lane as you drive up to the main house. Mists in the mountain valleys, the northwest arch over the Southern Alps, and the song of birds welcome you to one of the prettiest spots outside of Christchurch.
